We ship to Italy and many European countries by Express Courier:
Italy, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.

Complete the normal purchase procedure to verify that your country is served by our shipping service, otherwise a notice will appear.

 When we deliver

• 9:00 - 17:00 CET, from Monday to Friday
• For all orders placed in the summer closing period, shipments will be handled within 3 working days after reopening.
• All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after confirming your order.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery.
• Once shipped, orders will not be redirected.

 Traceability

Upon shipment of the order, Riseria De Medici will send you an e-mail containing the shipping number provided by the Express Courier, with a link to check the status of the shipment.

 Insurance

Riseria De Medici ensures every shipment until delivery. A signature is required with each delivery and at that point the responsibility for the goods will pass to you. If you have indicated a specific recipient other than you to whom to deliver the goods (for example if it is a gift), the signature made by the recipient will be accepted as proof of delivery upon completion of the service by Riseria De Medici and will transfer to the same way any responsibility.

 Tax

All product prices are shown including VAT 4% - 10% - 22%.
The cart shows the VAT separated for the products and for shipping.

Traders and Companies:
On Risodemedici.it you can also register as a company, simply by filling in the company field at the time of registration, entering the VAT number and the SDI code or PEC for electronic invoicing purposes.
