How to return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the items with the complete package can be returned for exchange, within 10 days from the date of shipment..
▸ To request the return authorization, you must send a request to info@risodemedici.it within 2 days of receiving the order. The order number, the codes and the names of the items to be returned and the desired compensation must be specified in the e-mail: replacement. ▸ Once the return request has been received, Riseria De Medici will send you a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). ▸ You will be asked to confirm a pick-up date, prepare the package and deliver it on arrival of the courier. ▸ The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by Riseria De Medici ▸ In the return procedure for item exchange, the return shipment will be FREE.
Product change
▸ It is not possible to exchange the product for a different item. ▸ There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return.
General terms and conditions on returns
▸ Items must be returned new, with the packaging intact.
▸ Damaged, dirty or altered returns may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
▸ All products go through an accurate quality control before being shipped. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Riseria De Medici, it is required to follow the same instructions above. Riseria De Medici reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to pay the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
▸ Riseria De Medici reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. Acceptance of these returns still involves a charge equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods.
▸ Riseria De Medici will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
